Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the website griscielstudio.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), operated by GRIS CIEL STUDIO, registered under [business registration number].

By placing an order on the Site, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered on the Site are described with the highest level of accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to production differences or display settings. GRIS CIEL STUDIO cannot be held liable for such discrepancies.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of shipping costs.

GRIS CIEL STUDIO reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Order Process & Confirmation

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. GRIS CIEL STUDIO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute, suspicion of fraud, or product unavailability.

Orders are final once confirmed and cannot be modified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery zones: France, Europe, International

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 5 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 10 to 15 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors.
GRIS CIEL STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

If a package is lost or damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery (or non-receipt).

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

Return conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred)

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the return is validated.

7. Warranties & Liability

All products are covered by:
